Preparetion : . 1/3 cup of vanilla yogurt · A large handful of spinach · 1 small banana · A half of a medium sized cucumber · 2 tbsp lime juice · A half cup of coconut water · ¼ cup of ice (optional) Directions: Clean the spinach and cucumber under running water the peel the banana.
